If any of our custom products received have defects or do not match the customer approved proof please contact us via email at: info@thestickybrand.com within 7 days of receiving your products. 

Customer Satisfaction

If you are not happy with your order, please let us know via email within 7 days of receiving your products. We will be unable to replace or refund any orders brought to our attention after 7 days of confirmed delivery by our carriers. The intent of our guarantee is to stand behind the quality and value of our products. However, we do not assume any liability for lost sales, labor costs, or any other costs. 

The company may at its discretion, request to have the unsatisfactory product returned to its facility for inspection, before a remedy can be determined. If the company determines that the product has a defect. The company may at its discretion, replace the unsatisfactory portion of the order or refund the cost of the unsatisfactory portion of the order.

Orders Lost, Delayed, or Damaged During Delivery

Our shipping partners are an important part of our business, which means that we expect nothing short of excellent and on time service of your shipments. While your order is in transit, situations may come up that are out of our control. Please let us know within 7 days of the delivery date (or quoted delivery date for expedited orders) if your order arrived damaged, late, or was lost in shipment. 

For issues with shipment delays or lost shipments, it is the customer's responsibility to communicate directly with the carrier to open the initial case for the lost package. If the carrier does not resolve, locate or redirect lost shipment to customer within seven days of initial, expected, delivery date, please contact Sticky Brand and we will work with you to arrive at a satisfactory solution.  

If a package carrier tracking number displays as “delivered” or “signed for”, the company will not be able to offer a refund. The company neither expresses or implies liability for packages which are lost, damaged or stolen after they have left the control and possession of the carrier or shipping agent.
