If you are not happy with your order, please let us know within 30 days of receiving your products, by phone, email, or live chat. We will be unable to replace or refund any orders brought to our attention after 30 days of confirmed delivery by our carriers.
Orders Lost, Delayed, or Damaged During Delivery
Our shipping partners are an important part of our business, which means that we expect nothing short of excellent, on time service of your shipments. While your order is in transit, situations may come up that are out of our control. Please let us know within 30 days of the delivery date (or quoted delivery date for expedited orders) if your order arrived damaged, late, or was lost in shipment. The intent of our guarantee is to stand behind the quality and value of our products. We do not assume liability for lost sales, labor costs, or other costs – but will cover the cost of reprinting stickers and shipping costs.
