Can i get tax exemption status?

If you are selling your stickers as products and can supply us with a valid reseller certificate(*), we can change your account status to exempt. Please email your reseller certificate or your 501(c) status documentation to accounting@thestickybrand.com

(*)NOTE: Your reseller certificate is different from your sales and use tax certificate. You can download a blank reseller certificate from your state website. Please incl. the following vendor information when completing the form:

What Are Bombproof Stickers?

Bombproof stickers are a proprietary, dual layer material combination, printed with an ultra high resolution digital printer and feature permanent adhesive vinyl with an optically clear outer protective laminate.  Bombproof stickers are engineered to withstand abrasion, UV damage, cold weather, chemicals, road salt and will stick and last 6-8 years outdoors when properly applied to a clean solid surface.

What Sizes Are Available For Wall Graphics?

We can print wall graphics at up to 48” wide and up to the length of a roll (150 ft.) if printing a full pattern graphic.  For projects consisting of multiple wall graphics at different sizes please send us all artwork and dimensions so we can find the best solution for you.

Will Wall Graphic Stickers Damage My Walls When Removing?

Our wall graphics can be printed on removable or permanent adhesive based material upon request. We recommend using our permanent adhesive Bombproof material with Matte finish for wall graphics for ease of application and long lasting application.  In some cases paint may be damaged when removing wall graphics depending on the quality of paint to which the graphic is applied. Wall graphics removed slowly and carefully can usually do so without causing damage.

What is the largest size sticker you can order?

We can print stickers up to 50" x 1800" (150 ft.) but can vary based on the type of sticker material.

Can I get a quote?

Our website displays the total cost for all items up to 10,000 units. There are no additional charges beyond what we display during the ordering process, aside from tax and shipping cost if applicable. For orders over 10,000 units please contact our sales team at orders@thestickybrand.com

Can you make a sticker to my own custom shape? 

Yes, we can cut your sticker exactly to your design for no additional charge. So, design away.

What are kiss-cut stickers?

Kiss-cutting means the edge of each sticker is cut by a sharp metal knife but the cut does not penetrate the sticker’s backing so they arrive on a small sheet and the sticker can be easily pulled off.

How Thick Are Your Magnets?

Is a car door magnet safe to take through the car wash?

All of our magnets are weatherproof. However we recommend removing car door magnets before entering a car wash. The water pressure and brushes can be strong enough to remove the magnets from your vehicle.

Will car magnets damage my car’s paint?

No. Magnets will not do any damage to your car's paint. Car magnets will shield the paint beneath them from UV sun rays and fading. It is recommended to occasionally remove car magnets from the vehicle per our care instructions so the area has some sun exposure.

How do I sign up for the rewards program?

Signing up is easy! Simply create an account here and enter your name, email, and password. It’s free to join and you will automatically be signed up to receive emails with insider access to sales, promotions, and all of our newest drops.

What are the advantages of becoming a rewards member?

Our rewards program is a tiered program that allows members to earn more perks the more they engage with us. Members receive reward points for each purchase, which can then be redeemed towards the cost of future purchases. You also earn points for sharing with friends, following us on social media, leaving product reviews, and are even gifted with bonus points just for having a birthday! In addition to earning points, members have the chance to earn exclusive access to coupons, launches, promotions, giveaways, and more. You can view the full list of perks on our rewards page.

I already have a customer account. Do I need to create a new one to earn rewards?

Good news! If you already have a Sticky Brand customer account, you are automatically enrolled in the Loyalty and Referrals program. Will I receive points for purchases I made prior to creating my rewards account?

You will only receive points for purchases made from the launch date of our rewards program, November 3rd, 2023.

What if I have an old email address or multiple email addresses and want to combine my accounts & earnings?

Does it cost anything to begin earning points?

No, sign-up is 100% free, and it will never cost you anything to earn points. Make sure to visit the rewards page to get started.

How do I redeem my points?

Exchanging your points for great rewards couldn't be easier! Simply build a cart with products and check out as usual. When you reach the checkout page you will see a 'Redeem' drop down. Simply select the amount of reward points you would like to redeem and the reward value will be applied to your order.

How do points convert to dollars?

100 points = $5 dollars Higher tiers in the VIP tier program earn more points at a quicker rate, but 100 points always = $5 dollars. For Example, as a Silver tier, you will earn 1 point for every dollar you spend. So, if you spend $150, you'll earn 150 points = $7.50 dollars. When you move up to become a Gold tier you will be earning points 1.2X as fast, ex. spend $150→ earn 180 points = $9 dollars. Platinum tier will earn 1.5X as fast, earning $11.25 dollars on a $150 purchase.

What are the easy ways to earn points?

For starters- each member gets a reward just for joining our rewards program or signing up for a Sticky Brand account. Aside from earning points through purchases, you can add your birthday to your account to earn points, leave us a review or like us on Facebook. Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?

No. That’s the best part about being a rewards member!  You will always have an opportunity to earn more points by shopping with us, engaging with our brand and community online, and through seasonal sales.

Can I return my order if I redeemed rewards points for a discount?

Yes. If you are returning the entire order, we will refund you the total dollar amount spent after the discount was applied. The points you used to redeem the discount will also be added back to your rewards account.

I earned points/VIP tier with my last purchase, but now I want to return it. What will happen to my reward?

If you use your rewards towards a purchase and later decide to return that item, your rewards will be credited back to your rewards account. For example, if you use a $10 coupon towards a $100 purchase that you decide to return, the $90 balance will be refunded to your credit card and the $10 reward credit will be deposited back into your rewards account.

Do points ever expire?

Your points will expire 180 days from the original purchase date. If we ever decide to end the rewards program, your points and perks will expire with the program. We also reserve the right to terminate any person’s rewards membership if we believe you are violating our terms and conditions, reselling products, exploiting the program, making excessive returns, engaging in fraud, abuse of privileges, or inappropriate behavior that seeks to manipulate the rewards program, or for any other reason we deem necessary based on our sole discretion. If your account is terminated by you or us, or you opt out of the rewards program, you will lose any unused rewards as well as all points that have not been redeemed.

How is my VIP tier determined?

Your VIP tier is determined by the amount you spend over a rolling 12 month period. For example, on March 1st, your VIP tier status will be based on your cumulative spend since March 1st of the previous year. Silver Tier, earned by signing up and no purchase needed. Gold Tier, you must spend $250 within a 12 month window. Platinum Tier, you must spend $600 within a 12 month window. Once you qualify, you will instantly move up and have access to that tier's perks.

How do I know which Rewards tier I am currently a member of?

When you are signed into your rewards account, your rewards home page will list all of the rewards tiers. Your current tier and perks will be highlighted with a box around it.

How will I know when I have reached a new tier?

When your total points cross a tier threshold you will receive an email welcoming you into the new tier.

When will my VIP tier expire?

Once you are in a Silver, Gold or Platinum tier, you will be in that tier for one year from the date you earned it. Make sure to keep interacting with our program to maintain your status (or even move up a tier)!

How can I get a birthday reward?

Add your birthday under ways to earn points on the rewards page. On your birthday we will send you a special discount code via email valid for 30 days from the date of your b-day! *Your birthday code is non-transferable and may not be sold or assigned to anyone else. If we feel someone is trying to manipulate the program, we reserve the right to terminate your account at our discretion.

How do I redeem my rewards at checkout?

Rewards points can be redeemed during the checkout process. Before checking out, ensure that you are signed in to your account. Once you get to the checkout screen you will see your total available Rewards points in a drop down menu in the checkout  To use your rewards, select the points redemption dropdown to select the number of points you would like to redeem on the order you are placing, then continue with the checkout process. You must have a minimum balance of at least 100+ points each time you would like to make a redemption, and points must be redeemed in increments of 100 points or $5.
