The Matte Frosted option produces a soft, diffused appearance similar to a frosted glass office door. It is no longer visibly transparent—you cannot see through the sticker—but it does allow light to shine through for an elegant, premium look. The Gloss Clear finish remains fully transparent, allowing the background surface to show through for a clean, crystal-clear appearance that makes your artwork look like it’s printed directly onto the product.

Clear stickers are printed with white ink behind your full-color artwork to ensure your colors appear bold, vibrant, and opaque. This white layer may be applied selectively behind certain parts of your design or as a full flood coat behind the entire artwork. The white ink itself is not visible unless you intentionally include white as part of your design. Its purpose is simply to prevent unwanted transparency, ensuring your printed artwork appears as you expect, even on a clear material.

For the highest clarity and print quality, vector artwork such as AI or EPS files is ideal. Raster designs should be submitted at 300 dpi at the final print size. If you want white ink behind specific areas of your design, include a separate labeled white layer or note your needs at checkout. Because clear vinyl is not well suited for gradients, soft shadows, or ultra-fine shading, designs with solid shapes, clean edges, and strong colors produce the best results. And as always, submit print-ready artwork—if it looks blurry in the proof, it will print blurry.
